Refund policy

Please keep you receipt for warranty purposes.  All returned items must have a valid return authorization number (RA#) issued by us within 30 days from date of the order being placed.   Product must be received by us within 10 days of RA# being issued.  Product must be returned in brand new resalable condition with original packing and container, which includes all manuals and materials.  Returned shipping costs of merchandise is at your own expense.  Vacuum cleaners that are used are not returnable due to sanitary and health reasons.  If defective, the machine would be covered under the manufacturers guarantee.  A  restocking fee of up to 15% may be applied.  If you have returned merchandise that had free shipping we will deduct the shipping charges incurred from your credit.
